It’s official: Phaedra Parks, 52, and CT Tamburello, 46, are dating. Phaedra confirmed the romance Friday during an appearance on Jeff Lewis’ SiriusXM show. When Lewis asked whether their Emmys date this weekend was “platonic,” Parks didn’t hesitate. “It’s not,” she said.

The pairing has roots on TV. They met on season 2 of “The Traitors,” which aired in early 2024, where they were openly flirty throughout the competition. At the time, though, CT downplayed the chemistry, insisting that “nothing real happened” between them during filming.

Now that the relationship is out in the open, Parks is keeping some of the details to herself. Asked how many dates the couple has been on, she demurred: “I can’t give this to you! I’ve got to save it for the world.”

What she will confirm is that she’s joining CT at the 2026 Creative Arts Emmys on Saturday, where he’s set to present, and that the two are flying back to New York together afterward.

CT, a longtime “Challenge” veteran, won that season of “The Traitors” alongside “The Real World: Las Vegas” star Trishelle Cannatella. And fans saw this coming — they’d already clocked the pair getting flirty on social media before Parks made it official.
