New South Wales Police say Nathan Gallagher, 28, failed to show up for his court date in Sydney on Tuesday, and they’ve issued an outstanding warrant for his arrest.
The Below Deck Med star was out on bail after being charged with three domestic violence offenses, including intentionally choking a woman. Police now say he’s “believed to be offshore” and are asking the public for help finding him.
Officers first arrested Gallagher in Melrose Park around 8:45 a.m. on Dec. 27, 2025, after a 29-year-old woman reported an assault the day before. Police say she didn’t suffer serious injuries.
He was charged with three offenses: assault occasioning actual bodily harm, intentionally choking a person without consent and common assault. After initially refusing bail, he was granted conditional release and ordered to appear in court.
Police say Gallagher is now “believed to be offshore” and “known to frequent the Ermington and Melrose Park areas.” They describe him as about 5’4″ with a medium build and are urging anyone with information to contact Ryde Police Station or Crime Stoppers.
Days before his scheduled hearing, Gallagher told Rolling Stone on Aug. 26 that he’d “made mistakes,” while claiming he has “evidence” that adds context to what happened. “I don’t believe the public has heard the full story surrounding what happened,” he said, calling it “an extremely complicated situation.”
He and former partner Gael Cameron, a “Below Deck Mediterranean” costar he met on the show’s ninth season, welcomed their son, Kayden, in June 2025. Gallagher has said his priority is co-parenting.
