This is all in a petition asking a juvenile court to rule that her three kids have been abused, neglected, or dependent. It says her own daughter, Indy, changes the baby’s diaper and makes his bottle.

Utah’s Department of Children and Family Services is asking a juvenile court to find that Taylor Frankie Paul’s three children have been abused, neglected, or dependent, according to a petition obtained by TMZ.

The filing describes a May 2026 home visit where Paul told caseworkers her life coach, Kari, was “the only reason she was still alive,” and asked that Kari handle her mental health and domestic violence assessments. DCFS says it told her Kari wasn’t qualified. During that same visit, she reportedly stormed out after reading messages on social media and told workers that if she ended up dead, they “should know who killed her” because she felt no one believed her.
It also alleges her daughter Indy changes baby Ever’s diaper, prepares his bottle, and often hears Paul and Dakota Mortensen fighting. The petition cites Paul’s 2023 aggravated assault plea, which came from an incident where video showed her throwing a metal chair at Mortensen while Indy was present.
A source connected to Paul says the leak itself “speaks volumes,” arguing juvenile court is kept private to protect the children and that the documents leave out DCFS’s documented concerns about the other side. Her legal team has said she “remains fully committed to doing whatever is necessary” to settle the dispute in juvenile court.
