Sarah stays fit, even while on vacation, with the help of paddleboarding. “Taking a selfie on paddle board is not easy,” she captioned one of her most recent vacation snaps on her Instagram stories.

Sarah likes to start her mornings off with a liquid breakfast of coffee and veggie juice. “My favorite thing is to have a green juice,” she told The/Thirty. “I go every weekend to the farmers market and I get fresh kale, spinach, celery, and lettuces and I blend it all together. That’s my favorite thing before I work out.”

Sarah feels the vibrations. “I love PlateFit and the feeling of being on a Power Plate,” Gellar said about her go-to workout. “I love how quickly I can work out and get such a great exercise.”

Sarah also rotates other forms of fitness into her routine. “I love Pilates because it centers me and it also strengthens my body, but I also love being outside, so swimming, hiking, anything like that is great as well.”

Sarah isn’t interested in going under the knife. However, she recently revealed to The Guardian that she is a fan of CoolSculpting. “The treatment didn’t hurt, it just felt cold for a few seconds and then I didn’t feel anything. It was very peaceful. I was just happy to have a few minutes to myself, and then I got to leave feeling better about myself – a win-win,” she explained. “I don’t weigh myself, I don’t measure myself but I could tell within a week how my clothing was feeling and fitting, how my jeans were buttoning back up. I was like, ‘I’m gonna go to the gym and work even harder now.’ It gave me my confidence back in such an easy and noninvasive way.”

Sarah loves to snack. Her faves? “Cheese and crackers. And chips and salsa. And fruit and veggies.  The list goes on…” she told E! Online

Sarah prioritizes self-care. “Sometimes, I’m so tired at the end of the day I just want to go to bed, but I have to take time for myself to take a bath, read a book, or catch up with my friends so I don’t lose myself in the minutiae of the day,” she told Bustle

Pounds are just a number to Sarah. “I don’t believe in trying to trick your body into things,” she told Health. “I eat healthy, I exercise, I love food—but I don’t like junk food. I mean, were women. We go up by five pounds, we lose it, depending on the water, the moon, your cycle, whatever. So I just try to maintain.”

Sarah’s one “beauty/self-care must-have” doesn’t cost a cent. “It’s probably sleep because I need it and I’m very cranky without it,” she revealed. “Set aside no more than eight hours for sleep. The recommended amount of sleep for a healthy adult is at least seven hours. Most people don’t need more than eight hours in bed to achieve this goal,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Go to bed and get up at the same time every day. Try to limit the difference in your sleep schedule on weeknights and weekends to no more than one hour. Being consistent reinforces your body’s sleep-wake cycle.”
