Will Olivia vote out a “safe” player or finally go against her alliance to win the final showdown?
The season six finale of Netflix’s The Circle is next Wednesday, May 8, and the last episode ended with six people left in the game and only one for certain that they’ll be in the final five: Olivia, aka Brandon. The sweet-as-pie catfish was given the ultimate power as the Super Secret Influencer. Rather than kicking someone out of the game with everyone knowing what they did, Olivia can drop a player anonymously with seemingly no repercussions. This will make or break Olivia’s game.
Without the secretive element of this final boot, Olivia likely would have gotten rid of Jordan or Lauren. While Olivia has had plenty of wonderful interactions with both of them, neither fit into their ultimate Double Date alliance of QT, Myles, and Kyle. But with anonymity comes great responsibility, and now Olivia can get out the people who are a true threat to winning the game: Their own alliance.
But will Olivia break the trust of their alliance? Or will they stick to what Big J would call the “boring” status quo? Here’s a ranking of every possible decision–from best to worst–and what it could mean for Olivia’s game.
1. Quori-Tyler
QT has shown the whole season, but especially in the last few episodes, what a ruthless player she is. She’s all about the strategy and can’t be swayed by anyone, even if they have a good point. (Here’s looking at you, Jordan.) Although Olivia seems to be considering dropping Myles more than QT, that would ultimately be Big O’s downfall. While Myles is great at getting people to go his way, he isn’t as ruthless or strategic as his bae, QT. If Olivia wants to win, this is the best choice for a block.
2. Myles
If Olivia won’t block Quori-Tyler, Myles is the next best choice. Jordan’s smear campaign isn’t based on nonsense: Myles truly has been running the circle this whole time. And, while dropping QT would likely irritate Olivia’s circle bf Kyle, he’d likely see the sense in getting rid of Myles more so than QT. This choice could potentially set her up for a win.
3. Kyle
Now, should Olivia get rid of Kyle? Probably not. He’s the catfish’s strongest ally and biggest supporter. But if you want to talk big moves, this would certainly be one. Considering the fact that keeping both Jordan and Lauren could still net Olivia at the top of their rankings, blocking Kyle could mean Olivia still wins in the end. (But it would also mean dodging Kyle’s reaction when he see’s that Olivia is actually Brandon, and that’s a TV moment we just can’t miss.)
4. Jordan
You have to admit, Jordan never stops trying. Despite being one of the last people to enter the Circle, he’s given everything he could to win the game. While some of his strategies have seemed a little suspect, they’ve worked far better than anyone probably would have thought. Though blocking Jordan is low-hanging fruit at this point, he’s still got fire in him and you never know what might happen if he stays.
5. Lauren
Although Lauren is sweet, it seems like all the remaining players would rather see anyone else win this game instead of her. She’s an easy one to keep around because none of the players, including Olivia, see her as a threat. While keeping her could potentially backfire…it probably won’t. Blocking Lauren, especially when you can do so anonymously, would just be a waste.
