Stacey Solomon’s hilarious ‘self care Insta Vs reality’ post as she reunites with kids – The Mirror

Stacey Solomon reunited with her kids after a week away from home – and soon wished for some peace and quiet!

Not only did she return to see the damage Storm Eunice had done to the surrounding areas around Pickle Cottage.

But as soon as she got some time to relax, the children reminded her of what she’d missed!

Stacey had been working for nearly a week and headed off with baby Rose, leaving Joe in charge of Leighton, Zach, Rex and the dogs.

She uploaded a ‘self care Insta Vs reality’ video showing her followers what it is really like to be back.

Stacey and baby Rose were away from home for nearly a week

Running herself a cosy bubble bath, she looked like she hasn’t got a worry in the world.

But on closer inspection, all was not as it seemed.

She wrote in the corner: “As soon as the bath is full, Rose wakes up and Rex decides to blow out my candles and sing happy birthday!”

The next Story show the tot standing over the flames blowing them out one by one.

Stacey can be heard saying: “What the…” as Rex, wearing cute red Spider-Man PJs, giggles and looks very pleased with himself.

The mum-of-four wished fiancè Joe “good luck” flying solo looking after the boys during half term.

She posted while she was away saying she was thinking of home as he had to cope with not only the three kids but their dogs and the storm, too.

“I might be a little quite [sic] for a few days. Because at 5 am this morning I started a new job,” she wrote with a laughing-crying emoji and a stressed emoji.

“It’s not close to home so Rose and me will be away for a few days…

“Miss the boys and the fur boys so much already. But also praying for Joe who’s in charge of everyone and they break up for half term.

“I’m not thinking about what i’m going to come home to.

“Anyway I’m super nervous today and just learning the ropes and trying to do a good job so I’ll let you know how it went later.”
